Steve co-founded Princeton Consultants in 1980 to create a unique consulting firm that would blend advanced analytics, data science and management consulting. Steve is the author of The Optimization Edge: Reinventing Decision Making to Maximize All Your Company's Assets (McGraw Hill: 2011), the first non-technical book to explain optimization to the busy business executive. He represents Princeton Consultants in the INFORMS Roundtable, a group representing leaders in applied optimization for large businesses. Steve graduated in 1980 from Princeton University and serves on its Advisory Council for the department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
